The day Nicola disappeared
It was a foggy day on Saturday the 14th December 1991 when 18 year old Nicola left her boyfriend's (Jason Cooke) house in Winston Avenue, Wood End, Coventry to the home she shared with her son Owen and her parents in Woodway Close, Woodway Park. It is a distance of about half a mile and Nicola took the short cut across playing fields, known locally as the Black Pad. There have been no confirmed sightings of Nicola since she left her boyfriends house, or short route to her parents house. Nicola never arrived and has not been seen since.
